Тwo training sessions titled as “Strategic planning and situational analyses” and “Methods of action planning” on 2nd and 3rd June at the “Drim” hotel in Struga were held, within the project “Civil participation for local democracy.
The aim of these training sessions is to build the capacities of the civil organizations and the units of the local self-government for strategic management and participative planning.
The project “Civil participation for local democracy” is supported by the European Union and is implemented by the Foundation Open Society – Macedonia in partnership with the Center for Local Democracy Development (CLDD) in the municipalities of Strumica, Struga and Centar. The aim of this Center is to assist the strengthening of the civil society’s influence in the public cultural policies development and the decision making on local level, as well as to create an environment that is encouraging the activities of the civil organizations for implementation of local cultural policies. The project began in January 2016 and will end in June 2017.
